UNFINISHED/ON-GOING BUSINESS:
Santa Claus Parade our float # is 53
-supposed to meet at Moncions in Pembroke at 3:30 p.m.
-Parade starts at 5:30 and ends up at Equinox school (old P.S.P.S)
-all parade vehicles are to be lit... Linda has a generator
-theme "Charlie Brown Christmas"
-Brigitte has some old Christmas lights she can give us
-Jane to bring some straw bales (around 10)
-music "Snoopy's Christmas" DOES ANYONE HAVE THAT?
-Linda to check on treats to hand out
-budget - Linda to get $ for her gas and also to keep receipts for any expenditures
-Wednesday Set up the float at Linda's place - volunteers for that - Brenda, Jill, Brigitte, Kristin, Jane? and Connie?
7:00 at Linda's 637 Airport Rd.
DIRECTIONS: Coming from Petawawa take Doran and turn right on Airport road. Its 1/2 km up the road on the left hand side...black gate you can't see house from road but there are 2 mail boxes across from the drive one being labelled Williams

Christmas Party: Sandy has booked Kelsey's for Wednesday the 17th of December- If you are planning on attending please RSVP to Sandy but December 10. Members attending will receive a certificate they can put towards their meals.

PROPERTIES REPORT: None
CONFORMATION DIRECTOR'S REPORT: -we had our first show meeting, premium lists are out and made it to the Ottawa Show
-We are doing an early bird entry to encourage people to enter early $26 before March 1st and $28 after.
AGILITY DIRECTOR'S REPORT: None
OBEDIENCE DIRECTOR'S REPORT: Classes are going well. Great success with helpers stepping in when instructors were absent. Civic Centre double booked December 8th so a change in schedule is going to be needed. Civic centre has given us 3 nights for free for this mix up. New classes to begin in Mid January..maybe
PUBLIC RELATIONS: Article about the Champlain Dog Club has been submitted to the Pembroke Observer, no word on when it will run
NEW BUSINESS: Our club membership needs to be renewed with the CKC ( Sandy to do)
-members need to renew their memberships - they are due by December 31st and the absolute deadline is Jan 15th.
It is $15 for a single and $25 for a family of 2 or more.

If you and your dog have something they would like to share with the club membership let me know and I will make a point of adding it to the end of the minutes. Accomplishments with our dogs should be celebrated and shared.
Congrats go out to Connie Johnson and her golden retriever "Logan" AM.CAN CH. Ambertru's Hard 2 Be Humble earned his American Championship this past month. He also passed his therapy dog test making him a certified therapy dog with the Therapeutic Paws of Canada
