OUR HISTORY
The Champlain Dog Club was established April 1,1986 and was sanctioned by the Canadian Kennel Club (CKC) in January 1987; enabling the Club to hold official events under CKC rules.

AIMS OF THE CLUB
The main objectives of the club are to:

• Promote responsible ownership of dogs.

• To educate the public as to the benefits of responsible  dog ownership.

• To disseminate knowledge concerning dogs.

• To promote all dog related activities.

Meetings are held at the Petawawa Civic Center, in the upstairs Conference room, on the third Wednesday of each month (unless stated otherwise) at 7pm.
